What is the status of my order?

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Standard shipping time covered by our delivery partners is usually 7-14 days. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order.

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the USA.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped . The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sweat Country is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Sweat Country is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
